
Sassari prepares for ‘Caddos’ horse show 2009

Caddos’, the horse show tied to the economic aspect of the equestrian sector, returns to Sassari, Sardinia for the year 2009 on May 23 and 24.As part of the Sardinian Cavalcade, which is one of the most important Sardinian horse festivals, ‘Caddos’, which means ‘horse’ in the local dialect, has been launched to promote economic and institutional activity with the end goal of stimulating interest in the equestrian sector in one of the areas with a substantially elevated spending potential on the Italian island.The event will showcase local artisans, stables and horse-centred tourism, exploiting the deep rooted horse culture, from breeders and trainers to equipment manufacturers, in Sardinia. A novel addition to this second edition of the event will be the space dedicated to young horse lovers with various games and amusement to entertain children of all ages.
