Saturday is the day for a show of strength in the show jumping at the Rome CSIO, and smiling all the way in the Italian capital is John Whittaker on Tadmus with the fastest clear run in the Unicredit Banca di Roma Prize, on a course set by Vezzani. The Brit finished 13/100th ahead of Massimo Grossato after the Italian had been leading for a long spell. Third place went to Roberto Cristofoletti on Bukowskis Cool On. Completing the excellent Italian performance was Emilio Bicocchi on Morgane De Nuovo Lieu in fifth place.
