Nations Cup: Azzurri agonisingly close to podium

Italy finished in fourth place in the final of the Nations Cup as Germany took the spoils.
The Azzurri gave an excellent display in the big event in Barcelona and collected just 5 penalties overall to just miss out on a podium finish. Italy’s confident performance will give them the belief to go on and build on a fantastic result for future events.
Germany however were crowned champions after a jump-off with Great Britain who had to settle for the silver medal. Third spot went to the USA while behind Italy in fourth, and in the following order, were Ireland, Switzerland, Belgium and Holland.
