Lamaze leads the way in Geneva
Eric Lamaze has claimed victory in the 16th edition of the Rolex IJRC Top 10 Final. The prestigious event was held in Geneva and saw the Canadian ride home to victory with Fine Lady 5 in a time of 42.56 seconds.
In second spot we find Christian Ahlmann of Germany with the KWPN Taloubet Z while the bronze medal was taken by Swiss star Steve Guerdat with Corbinian.
Just missing out on a podium finish was Kevin Staut. Fellow French rider Penelope Leprevost was fifth. The rest of the top-ten was as follows:

In other Equestrian World, home rider Christina Liebherr won the Prix Starling Hotel over 1.45m while the 1.50m trial saw Belgian Niels Bruynseels jump to victory. There was not much to cheer about for the Azzurri taking part as De Luca and Bicocchi came 57th and 58th respectively.
Looking ahead, athletes will be in action for the World Dressage Masters followed by the Prix Brasserie Egger and Geneva Cup. The events keep on coming later today with the cross country and Credit Suisse Geneva Classic over 1.55m
