Endurance: Italian Young Rider Championships

The Italian overall Young Rider Championship took place yesterday in Nervesa della Battaglia, in the vicinity of Treviso. Vittoria Ciuchi claimed the 2009 title, and the admiration of the fans.
HSJ had an envoy at the Championships.
It is easy to win when your name means victory, some would claim, and Vittoria is the Italian for victory! Vittoria Ciuchi is the new Italian champion, but some would claim that with such a magnificent steed victory was assured.
“One must take note of the excellent form of the anglo-arab horse born in 200, Schaadja, and then add on the ability of Mrs. Ciuchi, then sprinkle a good dose of experienced assistance in the form of Ercoli and co. and success is a certainty.” It almost looks simple!!!
