The 1.50m Telegraaf Prize brought excitement to Amsterdam, with thirteen horse-and-rider pairs qualifying for the jump-off. Ultimately, it was Daniel Deusser who claimed victory aboard Otello de Guldenboom, an 11-year-old BWP gelding bred by Hugo Versnick.

Delivering a flawless performance, Deusser and the son of Tobago Z stopped the clock at 34.23 seconds. The podium positions were decided within less than a second. The last to enter the ring, Peder Fredricson with Alcapone des Carmille (a son of Diamant de Semilly, bred by Carole Levallois), secured second place, pushing Simon Delestre with Jiamo VDS (Thunder van de Zuuthoeve, bred by Daphne Van der Schaar) to third.

Last week, Willem Greve triumphed in the Leipzig World Cup with Highway TN N.O.P. (Eldorado van de Zeshoek, bred by P. Verdellen Paarden Fok). In Amsterdam, he appeared to be on track for another victory but ultimately settled for fourth place. Maikel van der Vleuten, aboard the BWP stallion O’Bailey van het Brouwershof N.O.P. (Darco), rounded out the top five.
