London Knights Win in Split Second GCL Duel with New York Empire

A fraction of a second split the fortunes of the top two teams in the GCL of Madrid with the London Knights triumphing ahead of New York Empire in a nail-biting finish.
The win by the Knights dynamic duo of Ben Maher and Martin Fuchs propelled the team up the overall ranking after the fifth leg of the 2019 season, but Shanghai Swans remain on top as a ferocious battle develops in the top end of the GCL grid.

THE HUBSIDE JUMPING, ACT 2!

After the success of the first HUBSIDE SPRING TOUR in April, the HUBSIDE JUMPING has announced a new tour of 3 dates at the Ecuries du Golfe de Saint-Tropez in Grimaud, in the heart of the French Riviera. The big names in international show jumping will be present for the CSI 1*, CSI 2* and CSI 4* events from 30 May to 2 June, from 13 to 16 June and from 27 to 30 June. Free entry.

Grand Prix Longines of the City of La Baule: Victory for the World champion pair, Simone Blum and DSP Alice

Only eight pairs out of the forty five on the start list of the Grand Prix Longines of the City of La Baule managed to clear the course designed by Frédéric Cottier within the time allowed : Eduardo Menezes (BRA)/H5 Quintol, Olivier Robert (FRA)/Vangog du Mas Grenier, Doron Kuipers (NED)/Charley, Amy Inglis (GBR)/Wishes, Grégory Wathelet (BEL)/Iron Man Van de Padernborre, Steve Guerdat (SUI)/Albfuehren’s Bianca, Simone Blum (GER)/DSP Alice and Darragh Kenny (IRL)/Important de Muze. These eight riders confronted in the jump-off, this difficult exercise requiring speed and precision.

HENRIK VON ECKERMANN WINS ROLEX GRAND PRIX ON FINAL DAY OF ROYAL WINDSOR HORSE SHOW

The closing day of the 76th edition of Royal Windsor Horse Show was blessed with clear blue skies and bright sun as final victories were secured for the top-class competitors.

The climax of the CSI5* Show Jumping, the Rolex Grand Prix went to Sweden's Henrik von Eckermann following a nail biting jump-off. Earlier in the day Ireland's Shane Breen took the CSI5* Manama Rose Show Stakes title and The ClipMyHorse.TV Under 25 Jumping Competition was won by Joseph Stockdale.

It was a spectacular case of “mission accomplished” Danielle Goldstein (ISR) was crowned the leading lady of China with a scorching victory in the Shanghai Longines Global Champions Tour Grand Prix.

 

A delighted Dani, who won the lion's share of 610,000 euros, said: “We all come here with a mission and I feel I accomplished my mission today."

High Adrenaline Win for Monaco Aces In Spectacular Shanghai Showdown

Monaco Aces claimed their first GCL victory in the intense team battle of 2019 after a cliffhanger fourth leg of the series in the dynamic city of Shanghai.
A strong performance by Paris Panthers propelled them up the ranking leaderboard, but Shanghai Swans retain the top position after four events with an 11-point lead from second place St Tropez Pirates and Monaco Aces five points behind in third.

CSIO5* of France: the entries

From May 16th to 19th, the eyes will be fixed on the CSIO5* of the Longines International Jumping of La Baule. With 18 competing nations, 67 riders and 169 horses, the show jumping elite will be keen to make an impression and take a first lead under the eyes of their chefs d’equipe, in search of their team for the Longines FEI European Championships (Rotterdam, 19 - 25 August).
